Features of the Individual Version
Standard functions:
- Manage your emails, your calendar and your address book from any Internet access and WAP-enabled mobile phone.
- Share your data with other people: define up to 3 passwords for read-only access (1 full access and 2 limited accesses).
- 3 calendar view formats: one day, one week, or one month. Easy and quick access thanks to the small calendar on the left hand side of the screen.
- Reminder of your next 10 events on the right hand side of the screen (optional).
- Manage public non-working days and weekends.
- Quick search for an event or a contact.
- Statistics: automatic analysis of your work by day, week or month.
PIM version/ Full version
- PIM version: includes calendar and contacts management.
- Full version: includes management of calendar, webmail, contacts, tasks and documents, with 250MB of disk space for emails and 100 for storing documents.
Parameters of an event in your calendar:
- Type of event : Anniversary, Meeting, Holiday ... or empty.
- Title : up to 40 characters.
- Details: long text over several lines.
- Date and time of start, Duration, Recurring appointment, Working days only.
- People with read-only access to this event (see 'Share your data' above).
Parameters of a contact in your address book:
- Main fields: Company, Last Name, First Name, Work phone, Home phone, Mobile phone, E-mail address, Fax, Postal address.
- Comments: long text over several lines.
- Manage contact categories: sort your contacts by category (for example, Friends, Family, Work) to facilitate your searches.
Parameters of a task:
- Main fields: Title, Description, Status, Priority, Target date, Reminder.

Parameters of a document:
- Main fields: Title, Comments, Access to the file.

Synchronise with a PDA (Palm OS® or PocketPC)
- Synchronise your data between your Calendae calendar and your handheld's calendar and also between your Calendae contacts and your handheld's contacts.
- Put the data from your PDA on-line: you can access the calendar and contacts for your handheld by Internet and WAP, share them with other people and also back them up.
- Calendae synchronisation uses the standard HTTP (or HTTPS) Internet connection protocol on port 80 (or 443). Every Internet access, even behind a Proxy/Firewall security system, should run.
- Automatic management of public non-working days on Calendae and synchronised with your handheld.
